The Importance of Regular Water Consumption

We encourage regular water consumption because it is imperative to overall health and weight management goals. Our general guidelines are that you may consume half your bodyweight in ounces daily.  If you consume caffeinated drinks, for example one cup of coffee, you will need an additional cup of water since caffeine is dehydrating. If you have a medical condition that may conflict with or contradict these recommendations for water consumption, please consult with your healthcare provider.
